【工作內容Key Responsibility】

1. 求職者開發及資料建立 Assist in database sourcing project; conduct mapping for organization structures of targeted companies.

2. 顧客連絡資料整理、建檔以及追蹤 Assist in organization and preparation of documents or reports; study target industry.

3. 協助顧問處理公司內部行政作業，使用RMS (Recruitment Management System) 完成招募專案必要流程。Provide administrative support in projects, complete Recruitment Project SOP in MRS.】

4. 履歷篩選、履歷推薦、安排面試、雇用條件談判與協助人選作職涯規劃等流程 End-to-end recruitment services including resume screening, candidate presentation, interview scheduling, offer negotiation, and candidate career planning

【條件】

1. 目前為大三、大四或碩一、碩二的學生 (如表現良好,畢業後有機會轉正) Must be currently in school or looking to continue education.

2. 上班時間為9 點-18點，中午休息1小時，每週至少3天，可長期配合至少６個月 Working hours 9-18:00, 1 hour lunch break. At least 3 days a week for at least 6 months.

3.熟悉電腦操作(包含Office 365, Google Suite, Social Media…等) Familiar with the use of Office 365, Google Suite, Social Media..ect.

4. 英文能力中上 (TOEIC 多益測驗 >750 更加分!) Fluent in English. TOEIC score higher than 750 preferred not must.
